A very high quality of alpacas lined up to be judged by Nick Harrington-Smith and it was particularly pleasing for us to see so many of our clients do so well with progeny from Wessex males. With a potential 16 places for Champion and Reserve Champion available, Wessex progeny took 7 of those places. We only took 2 of our own alpacas to the show, thus allowing our clients a much greater opportunity to demonstrate the success of their breeding programmes. Nevertheless we still managed to take Junior Champion and Junior Reserve Champion with our two young females. Our progeny also achieved two of the Best in Colour prizes and our white stud male Wiracocha won the Progeny Class with our black stud male Sinbad coming third.

Junior Female Champion Wessex Juliana and Junior Female Reserve Champion Wessex Carola
